This Pharmacy Today continuing education article reviews four new therapeutic agents are considered in this review, the first in a series of articles on new therapeutic agents marketed in 2022: tirzepatide (Mounjaro–Eli Lilly and Company), daridorexant hydrochloride (Quviviq–Idorsia), tenapanor hydrochloride (Ibsrela– Ardelyx), and vonoprazan fumarate in co-packaging with amoxicillin, and amoxicillin and clarithromycin (Voquezna–Phathom Pharmaceuticals).
